A tree fell on my cabin & we looked for quotes. We went with Rauscher Constrution LLC. After talking with Rich it just felt like the right fit. We were not disappointed! Since we were rebuilding anyway we decided to add on. My father in law is very handy & we knew what we wanted. Rich with his extensive knowledge explained & helped us not only make the structure more solid but saved us money as well. If Rich takes on the project he gives it 110% & does the little extras on top. From foundation to framing to installing windows & doors to grading the ground everything was at or above our expectations. He doesn't normally do plumping but took that on as well, again a job well done. All I can say is if you want a professional job done right the first time & in the time frame quoted, there is no one else to call but Rich at Rauscher Construction LLC. Thank you Rich now we can relax at the cabin again.

My story with Rauscher Construction begins with a 22 year old carpet that needed to be replaced. I pulled back a section of the carpet that I knew would be a problem from years of pet accidents and shampooing. The sub flooring was a horrible mess and the flooring company would not replace it. I contacted Rich, told him a little about my problem and he came out the next day to asses the damage. He explained in detail what could be done, what would be needed and the estimated cost. Rich and a crew member came out the next morning, removed the large section of damaged sub floor, discovered a few unanticipated problems which he immediately explained to me in detail. The work was beautifully completed in one day and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Rich is such a friendly and knowledgeable construction professional! Earlier this year we had a fire, as devastating as it was, we wanted to know if we could rebuild or have to start over, we called Rauscher Construction LLC. for a quote. Rich came out the following day and did his estimate knowing that it was going to be consuming and difficult and took the job. In the following days Rich and his company came out and started the remodel. From the start Rich was compassionate and willing to do what ever it took to get our house where it needed to be. The craftsmanship and dedication to the job was very special to us. Upon completion of the job we could have not been more pleased with the way things turned out.
